Must-haves:

  • Experience with camera / filming / video recording
  • Ability to film, edit and upload independently
  • Knowledge of thumbnails / story / reels / social media
  • Creative mindset & desire to further develop formats
  • Reliability and willingness to “live with it”

Nice to have (no exclusion):

  • Previous experience with podcasts & podcast setups
  • Knowledge of lighting, audio, studio equipment
  • First international project experience

Your tasks

  • Accompaniment of coaching sessions, events, shoots with the camera
  • Production of reels, stories, social video formats
  • Editing, upload, thumbnails & post-productions
  • Format development – contributing your own ideas
  • Logistics & technical preparation for shootings
  • Content support in all media channels

Yes, there is an induction phase of around 4-6 weeks during which you have the chance to prove yourself and show us that you have the right attitude and motivation for the position.

English is the most important language locally, as it is spoken everywhere in Abu Dhabi – whether at work or in everyday life. Knowledge of Arabic is not required. With good English, you’ll have no trouble getting by anywhere, and our colleagues who have been living in the UAE for years will be happy to help you with anything you need. We will also help you to settle in quickly.

Don’t worry – communicating with friends and family in Germany is very easy. The time difference between Abu Dhabi and Germany is only 2 to 3 hours, depending on the time of year, so you can easily make phone calls or video chat. The flight time from Germany to Abu Dhabi is around 6 hours – that’s almost like driving from Hamburg to Frankfurt by car. In addition, flights to Abu Dhabi are often quite cheap, depending on which airline you are traveling with. This makes it possible for you to organize spontaneous visits or see family and friends at any time.
